Reading:
Read for 30 minutes every night and write a summary each night on
the form you have been given. Don't forget to log in and have parents sign
the homework page.
Spelling:
Study your spelling words and on Thursday night write each word five times
each. Check my link section and go to spelling city to practice words
Vocabulary:
Study your words - I have added a link so you can print off copies words and
definitions to play the memory game with.
Any homework (this does include their reading log that is in their homework
folder)not turned in daily will give your child a free ticket to study hall
that day! Their homework is listed on the board at school. Students are
responsible for writing in their homework assignment when I indicate they
should.
Every student should have a blue plastic homework folder containing their
homework agenda and log-in sheets.
Note: Being prepared for school is very important - have sharpened pencils
and homework in your backpack when you leave home each morning.
