When does our class go to lunch?

We go to lunch from 12:13 to 12:42. You are welcome to join your child.

Monday -  A week - PE/Music; B week - PE/Art
Tuesday -  PE
Wednesday -  Music with Ms. Labrador
Thursday -  PE
Friday -  Art with Ms. Austen

Does my child need to wear sneakers to PE?

Yes! Please have your child wear sneakers on PE days - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Can my child bring treats to celebrate a birthday?

Yes! Due to our schedule, all birthdays for the week will be celebrated at the end of the day on 
Friday. Cookies, cupcakes or other individual treats are great. PLEASE, NO CAKES!  You may send 
treats with your child or bring them yourself. Please make arrangements in advance so that I can 
work the celebration into our schedule.

What is the district grading policy?

Grades are as follows: A 100 - 90%; B 89 - 80%;C 79 - 75%; D  74% - 70% F - 68% and below. 
If a student makes less than 70% they will have the opportunity to re-do the work and improve 
their grade to 70%. It is the student's responsibility to correct and return work. Work that 
is re-done cannot be scored higher than 70%.
