Service Opportunity

What: ManeGait Gaita Palooza

Where: Myers Park (7117 County Road 166, McKinney, TX 75071-9611

Volunteers can be trail ride side walkers, horse leaders, event helpers and/or fundraisers!

So volunteers to sponsor a rider, forma teamto sponsor a rider, or volunteer on the day of the event.

Team up with a Main Gait rider to raise funds in honor of their progress and in support of their Gaitapalooza trail ride. You have the opportunity to organize a group to make a difference in the commuity and the life of a rider with disabilities. Come on out to Myers Park to be a support team for your rider during their exciting trail ride adventure and enjoy the family festival. ManeGait riders will be taking 30 minute to 1 hour trail rides based on skill level. There will be a country fair style carnival with bounce house, face painting, and games. There will be an evening ceremony for riders and their volunteers.

SPCA and Hope's Door Contest

We are having a second contest to raise money for SPCA and Hope's Door. Each member will join a team at the next meeting. Every member's goal is to collect $10 minimum. The money will be collected before, after, and during lunches at school; and in neighborhoods individually by team. The team that wins by having every member achieve the minimum $10 collection and has the most money total (members can collect more than $10) will have a pizza and soda party during an NJHS meeting in Ms. Griffith's room including a standup comedy show.

Pizza Party

Thanks to those of you who signed up to help with the Bake Sale!!! Im sure we'll raise loads of money. It will run for two weeks and starts after we get back from spring break:) All of the money we receive has been decided to go to relay for Life...whick will be held on April 30th from 7 PM to 7AM:D
