| Fifth Grade Art Class
This year the fifth grade art classes with focus on the big idea "the
line betweeen real and imaginary." We will explore the ways artists play
with reality and use their imagination in their artwork. We will use many
different art materials including pencils, acrylic paint, clay, watercolor,
tempera, markers, colored pencils, etc.
Sixth Grade Art Class
The sixth grade art students will explore how art communicates. We will
look at symbols used by artists and how artwork communicates a message to
the viewer. Some of the many materials we will use include ebony pencils,
colored pencils, acrylic paint, aluminum metal tooling, clay, linoleum,
watercolor, etc.
