Volunteers contribute to the library in so very many ways! Your
help is crucial in allowing the
librarian to complete her many tasks which support and enhance
student achievement!
Please consider giving any amount of time to the library.
Some tasks are listed below:
Circulation Desk Assistant - Checking Out and Checking In
Books.
Reshelving & Organizing Bookshelves.
Assisting students locate books.
Assisting with computer searches (on-line catalog =
e-Library/RRISD library resources).
Helping at the Annual BOOK FAIR and FAMILY LITERACY NIGHT.
Helping with autograph sessions for author visits.
Clerical Work...Decorating...Smiling and making students feel
welcome!
We will provide "on the job" training!
