Can I send anything to school to celebrate my child's birthday?

Unfortunately we are not able to celebrate birthdays with any type of

being able to have cupcakes/cookies in the classroom.

Will my child visit the library and bring a book home?

Yes, our pre-k classes do visit the library weekly for story time and check out.
Students will be allowed to select their own book from a limited selection of books
that our librarian feels are appropriate for our young learners. Books will be kept
in our classroom to be read during centers/free time.
