PLAY 60 MINUTES A DAY!!!!!  There are cool links on our website to give you 
ideas for your children to keep them active every day!!!

WE ARE LEARNING ABOUT GO, SLOW, AND WHOA FOODS.  TALK TO YOUR CHILD ABOUT 
WHAT KIND OF FOODS THEY ARE EATING. 
 
GO FOOD:  HEALTHY FOODS THAT SHOULD BE EATEN EVERY DAY.
SLOW FOOD:  SOMETIMES FOOD
WHOA FOOD:  EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE FOOD.


Excercise every day, eat right, and drink plenty of water!

Try to get 10,000 steps a day!!!

Eat more GO foods and not so many WHOA foods!!!

FOR SEPTEMBER:  TRY TO TAKE A 30 MINUTE WALK 5 TIMES A DAY! TRY TO GET THE 
WHOLE FAMILY BEING ACTIVE!!!!  ALSO, TRY TO EAT MORE GO FOODS WHICH INCLUDE 
WHOLE GRAINS, FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, LEAN MEATS, AND DAIRY.
