Homework

Homework will come home on Monday--Thursday. Homework
assignments will remain brief but relevant to the subject matter
introduced in class. The main purpose for sending home this folder is
to teach students how to become responsible for their own work and
materials.
Your job as a parent is to CHECK your child's homework and initial in
the box whether the homework was completed and whether you practiced math
facts.
A homework grade is given on the report card. It is not counted as a
"behavior" for the behavior book if they forget to return the homework, but it
WILL go in my gradebook. The grades for homework are as follows per
9 weeks.
Never forget your homework to forget 1 time=E on report card
Forget 2-4 times=S on report card
Forget 5-7 times=N on report card
Forget 8 or more times=U on report card
