What a great party!  A big thanks to all the Moms that put this together.  You did a fabulous job :)

Thank you for all the Valentine goodies.  I love chocolate and will enjoy every piece!!

Weekly Notes:
* We will have PE on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of this week.  Please wear tennis shoes.
* Please pack a healthy snack that they can eat with their hands.  No messy chips, cookies or candy
*We have library on Friday mornings.  Please return books by Thursday.

This is what we are working on this week:
Phonics:   word family -at 
Reading(Big Book):  The Jigaree
Math: Addition
Social Studies/Science: Daytime and Nighttime

Things to work on at home:

*After reading home readers, your child should be able to respond to questions about the story and retell the story in sequence and with some detail.  Some of your home readers have questions in the back of the book.
*Practice writing first and last names
*Practice writing simple sentences. Mix up the sight word cards and find words to make a sentence.
*Practice counting to 100
