Born and raised in Angleton, TX, I attended school in the Angleton
Independent School District. From there, I attended my undergraduate and
graduate studies at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches. I
have been teaching English at the Friendswood High School for nineteen
years, six of which were spent coaching girl's volleyball, basketball, and
track. I presently teach Pre-AP English II and act as the
sponsor for Interact. I have two boys who attend school in this district,
and my family resides in League City.
