Students are currently working on their "All About Me" PowerPoint projects.  Pictures from home, music, videos, etc. can be brought to school by your student in order to make the power point more interesting.  As extra credit incentive, students are allowed to write their stories in a narrative format, or as a poem, or as a recipe, etc.  Creative writing is fun and interesting.  This project is due on Wednesday and students will begin presenting their slides show on Thursday.

Students have been learning about the four elements of design, Word, and InDesign.  Students have also been introduced to the website they have access to use as a tool -- "AtomicLearning.com".  Beginning today, Oct. 22, students will be introduced to their next project "The Pest Monster Posters."  Students will be working on this through the week, and it will be due by Oct. 30.  In the handouts section of my website, students can access the Pest Monster Poster Requirements.  Look for an InDesign and Word quiz in the next week.
