My two children and I have lived in the Friendswood area for many years. My kids are involved in various
activities within the community. I have taught 7th grade Math and Pre-Algebra for the past 11 years and
Algebra I for a year. I am excited about this new school year and the opportunities it will bring!
My goal is to encourage my students to always do their best, in a
respectful manner, as I try to expand their mathematical
knowledge using real-life scenarios as well as exercises. I
recognize that each student possess different mathematical
skills. I treat my students as individuals and respect their
knowledge and improvements as great successes. I routinely
make calls to parents/guardians informing them of student
progress. I encourage an open door of communication between
my students, their parents/guardians, and myself.
