The following items are required to register any student:
Copy of official Withdrawal form and/or current report card.
Copy of Proof of Residency (a current utility bill, paid tax bill or a lease
or mortgage signed and dated).
Copy of student's birth certificate.
Copy of updated immunizations.
Copy of most recent TAKS testing or other standardized testing.
Copy of parent's drivers license.
Copy of student's social security card.
To help ease the registration process, stop by Friendswood Junior High and
pick up a registration packet that includes necessary information and all the
forms you will need to fill out for your student.
