Please read the weekly "At A Glance" inside the daily folder to see what
your nightly homework includes.
Math homework: You will do 3 problems each day. On Tuesday, you will work
out your 3 problems using “The Window” problem solving strategy if it
indicates to do so. This means you will need to draw the windows on the back
of the homework sheet.
Spelling: You should be studying your spelling words every night. In order to
improve your typing and technology skills you could practice your spelling
words on your computer at home using Microsoft Word. If you would like more
ideas on how to study spelling please email me and I can send a laminated
chart of ideas home with your student.
Reading: Read every night for at least 20 minutes and then get the log
signed by a parent.
Please don't forget to get your "At A Glance" signed every night after
you've completed your homework.
