I am so excited about being back at Grisham Middle School in my new
classroom. This is my 7th year here and I look forward to getting to know
your child.
I have lived for the past 19 years in Austin with my husband, Dave and
daughter Gabriella. I have over ten years of teaching both science and
mathematics at the middle and high school levels. I consider myself,
however, a life-long educator since I have taught all ages in various
endeavors along the way. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Biology with a
minor in Math from the State University of New York.
My goal is to offer a fun, safe environment for each student. I hope to
create a life-long appreciation for learning (especially science!) for each
student by incorporating their interests into my lesson plans.
