Can I use a utility bill as proof of residency?

Yes, with recent changes to policy you are now able to use a recent utility bill as proof of residency. A lease, settlement 
statement or tax statement, are also acceptable as proof of
residence. If you are residing with someone and are not the name
listed on this documentation, a Notarized Statement can be
completed by the legal owner/lessee as proof of residence.

How can I access my student's grades online?

Grades, attendance, schedules and registration information may be 
viewed online through the Home Access Center.

Is there a fee to obtain copies of education records?

Yes. As adopted by the General Services Commission, Chapter 70.3 
of the Texas Administrative Code fees may be charged for copies
of educational records as follows:
Administrative fees: Transcript ($3.00); Birth Certificate
($1.00).
Copies: standard size paper copies (.10 per page)

(Immunization records may be obtained through the School Nurse at
a fee of $5.00.)

Is there a Notary available on campus?

Yes. There is a Notary available on school campus. The fee for Notary services is $5.00 per signature.
