I am married to my best friend and number one supporter, Wes. We just
celebrated our 27th anniversary. Out of those 27 years we have lived here
in Mertzon for 24 years. We feel like this is our home. We have two
beautiful children. Our daughter, Brittany, is attending A&M with plans to
graduate this May with a chemistry degree. Go Aggies!!! Our son, Jon, will
be joining his sister at A&M. He plans on majoring in agriculture.
I have taught for 24 wonderful years. I enjoyed teaching kindergarten but
my heart belongs to first grade. I believe that every child can learn and it
is my responsibility to find the way each child learns best. I have an open
door policy for my class so please come and join in the fun.
