About The Teacher
I was born in the great North Star State of Minnesota and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota in Theatre Arts and French. After graduating, I continued post-graduate studies in PreVeterinary Medicine. I then moved to Los Angeles to act on the "big screen", but found myself substituting more and more to supplement my acting income. It was here that I was bitten by the teaching bug. Therefore, I went back to school to receive my teaching credential and taught in East Los Angeles for six years before moving to Austin to teach at Jollyville Elementary School. Something interesting about me: *Rehabilitated raccoons for 5 years back in Minnesota *Attended the Université d'Haute Bretagne in Rennes, France *Belongs to Screen Actors Guild
