Announcements small medium large We are on the down-hill stretch of our school year and it will be fast, furious and fun! Please make note of our Author's Tea date, Monday, May 21st at 10:30. This is an opportunity for you to share in your child's accomplishments this year. It is also a time for me to thank you for all you do for your child and the support you have given me as their teacher. I have a 5th grader graduating from Caraway right in the middle of our end of the year party. Because I will miss most of our party this will also be a time for me to see all of you as well before summer begins. REMINDERS: May 13: Mother's Day May 21: Author's Tea 10:30-11:30 May 25: Last Day of Classes Please continue to check our website and newsletter for updates on what is going on with our Clements Cubs. Don't forget that you can contact me by phone, email, or just send in a note if you ever have any questions or concerns. Parents, Please remember to keep you child at home if they are sick. The district policy is that they are fever free for 24 hours without fever reducing medication, before returning to school. A fever is any temperature over 100.4. This policy can be found in the student handbook, on the district website, and the Laurel Mountain website. In addition, if your student is diagnosed with flu they must remain out for 7 days or until fever free for 24 hours, whichever is longer. Please call the school nurse at 464-4305 if your student is diagnosed with the flu. We want to do everything we can to keep our students healthy during the flu season!
