Homework

Be sure to do some kind of exercise everyday. It is best if the amount of 
exercise equals 30 mins. 
Eating 5 fruits and vegetables a day is a good habit to get in to. 
3 servings of dairy products is ideal, also. 
Please try to drink 8 glasses of water everyday.
Wear tennis shoes on PE days.
Bring a water bottle to Running Club every Friday.
