I am blessed to be a part of our wonderful faculty and surrounded by great
students. I have an awesome husband named Jason and a
beautiful son named Jackson.
We have a lot of fun in my music class! It's an exciting
time for kids and a wonderful part of their educational experience. It
is my priority that every student develops an appreciation for music and
fine arts. We have many fun musical activities planned this year:
• Singing
• Reading music and studying music theory
• Creating music
• Dancing and movement (my favorite!)
• Chants and rhymes
• Playing percussion and pitched instruments
• Listening to various genres of music
• Studying famous composers and their music
• Studying music history
• Studying world music and music of America
• Learning about music industry and careers in music
