I graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.A. in
Political Science in 2002. I enrolled in the Master's in Educational
Administration and Research program at Louisiana State University in 2004,
but moved before completing my degree. I am still a die-hard LSU fan, as
most of you know.

This fall, I enrolled in the Master's in Educational Leadership with
Principal Certification program at Texas State University and hope to
graduate in 2010.

Although it is my goal to one day advance into secondary administration, I
have been a history teacher for 7 years and love every minute of it!

In addition to teaching, I am also the varsity cheerleading coach at MHS.
Before coaching in the great city of Manor, I previously coached at
the varsity and junior varsity levels in both Texas and Louisiana. Among my
greatest accomplishments, I am very proud to have coached the 2004 UCA
Louisiana State Championship Junior Division squad. I am also THRILLED to
have coached the Manor Mustang Varsity Cheerleaders to their victory at the
2008 COA Lonestar Nationals in Dallas, TX.
