Fourth graders should have about 50 minutes of homework a night.  
This includes their reading time.  The homework should be a 
review of something your child has learned in class.  If your 
child has attempted his or her homework and is unsuccessful, 
please jot a note on the page, send it back to me, and I'll 
reteach the concept.
