My name is Ms. Erhart and I grew up in Austin. I loved it so much that I
decided to attend the University of Texas where I earned a degree in
Elementary Education with a Reading Specialization in May 2007. During that
time, I did my student teaching in kindergarten (1 semester) and first grade
(1 year). Last year was my first year at NYOS and I have loved getting to
know the students, parents, and staff. I believe in individualizing the
curriculum to focus on each student's strengths. This promotes confident,
excited, lifelong learners and is very empowering. I look forward to working
with you this year to have a well-rounded school experience.
Our class is one where all students are given opportunities to develop
academically, socially and emotionally in a safe community environment.
