Greetings! I am Mr. Angel Plata. I am graduate from McAllen Memorial High
School. I'm also a graduate from the University of Texas Pan American. I was
born and raised here in the city of McAllen, Texas.
I have been in education for over 20 years. I worked with Mcallen
I.S.D. and La Joya I.S.D. for a number of years. I have also been teaching in
Our Lady of Sorrows School for 11 years and going on 12.
I am extremely excited in teaching all my students. Once again, welcome to
another great year.
