I grew up in the small town of Menard, Texas. Growing up, I had two
exceptional coaches who had a large influence on my life, so I wanted to
impact students the way I was. I attended the University of Texas at Austin,
and I graduated with my B.S. in Kinesiology with an All-Level teaching
certificate in 2003. I have experience coaching and teaching middle school as
well as teaching elementary. I love teaching the younger students and
instilling a passion for movement, nutrition and overall health. I hope that
all students have an enjoyable experience in our Physical Education /
Wellness Education program, and develop healthy habits that will help them
stay fit and healthy for life.
We will come to PEWE prepared to work hard, enjoy exercise, and develop
healthy habits that will help us stay fit and well for life.
