Aloha!
My name is Courtney Holub and I am super excited to start the 2008-2009
school year at Purple Sage Elementary! I just moved from Houston to Austin
and I am very glad to be back in the Austin area. The most interesting place
I have ever taught was in Hawaii on the the island of Oahu. I had so much
fun working there and discovering all the unique qualities of living on an
island. I have many things to share with my students about Hawaii! I can't
wait to teach you what the name of Hawaii's state fish is!
My mission for all of my students this year is to celebrate and enjoy all of
their successes - their "something!" Everyone is good at something and
everyone can learn and be successful at many things. We will celebrate our
successes and embrace our somethings - those unique qualities that make each
person special and one of a kind!
