Parents must provide medication and written permission requesting it be given. Medication must be in the original container and directions for over-the-counter medications will be strictly adhered to. If a medication is to be given for more than 30 days, a doctors signature is required.
If your child receives daily medication from the nurse, you will be notified when your child has a week left of medication at school. This will allow you to refill the prescription so your student does not have any missed doses. Please contact the nurse with questions.
