What is the best way to contact you?
E-mail is the preferred way of contacting me. You can email me at molly_eapen@roundrockisd.org.
If you call my school phone you may not be able to talk to me directly.
E-mails will be answered at the end of each day since I don't have time to check mails during class time.
How can I schedule a parent conference?
Please contact me to set up a conference. My conference time is between 10:30-11:00.
Is the Algebra Textbook available online for my child?
Yes, the Algebra Textbook is available online at -> http://my.hrw.com/
To request access to the online textbook, please send me an email and include your child's name.
What are your tutorial times?
During School Hours, I am available at Lunch Time Monday - Thursday.
Outside of School Hours, I am available Monday (7:10am-7:40am & 3:45-4:30pm)
and by appointment on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Can my child take an assessment at home since they will not be in class?
No. Assessments must be taken in class under supervision always.
If my child has a failing grade in an assessment, is a makeup possible?
Under the current grading policy, if a student has a score below 70%,
then the student can rework the questions they got wrong under my supervision
(at a tutorial) and submit the corrections. This will allow them to get upto
a maximum of 70% on that assessment.
For students that scored over 70%, this facility is not available to improve
a score in that assessment.
If my child has below 70% on an assessment, can my child do the assessment corections at home and then submit them to you?
Usually No. I require the student to do the corrections under my supervision.
Under special circumstances, I may waive this requirement but only with prior
arrangement with me.
