Materials students will need for class EVERY day . . . 1. Student Organizer: Students must keep up with agendas in each subject in EVERY academic class. 2. One sturdy accordion file folder with at least ten compartments (from the 6th grade supply list) 3. Blue or black pens and #2 pencils with erasers 4. Highlighters 5. A spiral notebook with at least 70 pages 6. A chapter book on reading level to read during independent reading time. This book should also go with you to every academic class each day. 7. Student ID for library book check outs (the first ID is free; then there is a $5.00 replacement charge for a lost ID) 8. Optional: a hand-held pencil sharpener
