Tutorial Day: Thursday 3:45-4:15
Late / missing work policy for our class...
If a student does not have an assignment the day it is due they should return
it as soon as possible. When the student turns in
the assignment it will be placed in
the "to be graded" folder waiting to be graded by the student. The student
should then come to the classroom the first few minutes of their next lunch
period. When they arrive at the start of lunch, they will sit and assess
their work, turn it in to the teacher to determine the grade earned. After
assessing their work, they will be sent to the cafeteria to eat lunch. If a
child does not come to grade their missing/late/absent work, then no points
will be earned for that assignment.
Late work will be accepted with no penalty for 1 week. After the 1 week
period, the maximum grade that can be earned is a 70.
If all assignments for the week are turned in on time, a bonus grade of 100
will be added to the gradebook.
