Expectations for Vocabulary Word Lists: I will give the students time in
class to copy all of the words. Students are to write ALL the words on the
assigned pages in their Composition Books. Students will number the words,
skipping a line between each word. Students will be expected to define the
words that they do not already know by writing the definitions next to the
word in their Composition Book, to be done at home. Each students definition
list
will be different depending on their previous learning, however, all students
will have all words from the list. Students must study the words and be
prepared for the Vocabulary Tests. Students will not be able to
retake/correct their Vocabulary Tests if they have not previously defined the
words to help with studying/preparing for the test.

Problem Solving will be incorporated into each of our math units.
