I started teaching in 1990 and have loved every minute of it! I have taught K-
6th grade as a classroom teacher and a gifted resource teacher. I love my job
at RES, because I get to teach all the things that I am passionate about such
as Dragon Tale News, Quest, and Odyssey of the Mind. My degree is from North
Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and I received
my Gift Endorsement from Baylor University.
I grew up in Aledo, Texas (a very small town west of Fort Worth). Now I live
in Grapevine with my 10th grade daughter and two dogs (who think they rule
the house). My free time is spent reading, swimming and going to the lake.
I also coach my daughter's Odyssey of the Mind team.
