I am so excited to be a part of the Rockenbaugh family! This is my 11th
year as an educator, Fifth year as a Librarian. I have taught in a myriad of
educational settings and grade levels such as Special Education PK-6th,
second grade, third grade, and the Library.
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
(Deaf Education)and my Master's Degree in Information and Library
Science from Texas Woman's University. I love to read, travel, shop, and
spend time with family and friends. I am learning how to golf, sew and care
for horses.
I have been married to my wonderful husband Mitchell for 15 years. We have
a daughter in 9th grade this year as well as three very spoiled rescue pets
(2dogs and 1 cat)and two horses. We also care for horses for our favorite
Camp Grady Spruce.
I look forward to a great year full of fun reading activities and getting to
know the students and families of Rockenbaugh.
Providing an environment where all patrons are encouraged and empowered to
become life-long learners and effective users of information and ideas.
