A food service professional my whole carrier. I have a BS in Restaurant
Management from Kansas State University. I have served meals for VIP's such
as President Ford, Jane Fonda, and Betty Friedan.
I have worked as a food service manager for Texas Tech University for many
years and ARAMARK Corperation who gave me jobs in Montana and Texas.
I started the Culinary Arts program at RRHS 7 years ago, and continue to see
it grow.
