I am very proud of my Culinary Arts students who participated in That Takes
the Cake Competition. Congratulations to Courtney Thoms who
placed 2nd in single tier novelty cakes!
Week of March 5th-9th: We are studying how to prepare,cook and store
fresh and dried pasta while implementing the basics of sanitation.The pasta
being prepared will be served at our next event scheduled on March 21st.
