The mission for the PreCalculus class is to master all PreCalculus TEKS, be
succesful in the classroom, and most importantly to enjoy learning.
In Principles of Engineering we will still be practicing engineering design;
however, you will find that we will be studying a lot more topics, and the
common thread is that they are all important concepts used in the various
fields of engineering.
We will be covering a lot of material and I ask a lot from everyone, but be
assured that I will be available for help and will never turn you away or
make you feel silly for any questions or problems.
I want for everyone to be comfortable in class - never be afraid to ask
questions or approach me after class with any concerns.
By the end of the year, I hope that I leave you with an appreciation for
Math and Engineering and how it relates to your life and the world around
you, and a feeling that you had fun while learning.
