Starry Parent Support Group
WHAT: Ongoing/Open Parent Support Group: Encouragement for
Adults on the Parenthood Journey
DESCRIPTION: Join with other parents who know how it feels to
walk in your shoes and who will listen as you share your fears,
frustrations, and follies. Along the way, you'll receive a
wealth of time-tested ideas, solid referrals, and timelysupport.
Together with a community ofsupport you'll journey towards a
bright and healthy future.

*Tuesdays 5:00-7:00pm (Meets at same time as Youth Support Group
for kids 11 yrs.- 17 yrs.)
*Thursdays 3:30-5:00pm (Meets at same time as Youth Support Group
for kids 5 yrs.- 10 yrs.)

Adolescent Girls' Groups
DESCRIPTION: Group will address how to manage anxiety,
depression and impulsive disorders; resolve authority issues;
identify personal strengths and vulnerabilities and how they
effect judgement; establish healthier relationships with peers &
adults; improve self-esteem; demonstrate increasing autonomy in
preparation for adulthood
MEETING DATES: Thursdays- Middle School Girls (ages 12-14);
Tuesdays- High School Girls (ages 14-17)
TIMES: 6:15-7:45pm
