April 18  - April 20:

Grade 4 -Intro to slideshows.

Grade 5 -  Slideshow lesson 3. Open student accounts on network.

Grades 6-7 - Continue portfolio assignments. Open student network account.

Students are constructing their own gradebooks within a spreadsheet.

Phase I -

1. 15 x 15 data table
2. Create own student names
3. Create column headers for assignments

Must have minimum:
1. 3 Test columns, 5 HW columns, 1 Project column, 1 Participation column
2. Tests are worth 40%, HW 20%, Project 30%, Participation 10%
3. Students must insert 5 additional columns in any category in order to meet 15x15 requirement
4. Develop formulas to determine final averages.
5. Create a chart over final averages and include student names
6. All cells must be properly formatted and configured, Ex: number format, general format, etc.

Students have a practice file saved to their flashdrives from a class activity that should be used as a 
reference.

Parents, all of their work is saved to flashdrives for grades 6-7. Check 
their flashdrives to view copies of their work.
