Salem Lutheran Church
Sunday schedule:
9:00 AM: Adult Studies in the Community Center
9:00 AM: Kidz PowerHour for Toddlers through 6th grade in the Community Center

10:30 AM: Worship service in the church.
10:30 AM: KidQuest for kids age 4 through 2nd grade in the
Community Center.
 
Note:  At the Community Center, children second grade and younger are registered and given a name tag. The parent is given a matching name tag which must be shown when picking up the child.

National Blue Ribbon School 2007:
Salem has been named a National Blue Ribbon School.
All blue ribbons are awarded through the US Department
of Education. Blue Ribbon recognizes schools that are
successful through the “No Child Left Behind” program
by President Bush.



Stormy Weather:

In the event classes are canceled due to weather
conditions (hurricane, freezing rain, the sighting of a
snowflake, etc.) families should tune in to TV-Channel 11 and
radio stations KTRH (740 AM) and KSBJ (89.3 FM).
In addition, the school office will leave a recorded
message on the office answering machine and post
a message on the school web site, if electrical
service has not been interrupted.
