NOTES:
1. 16-19, 21-29 are squishy numbers - three words are conbined to form one
word for these numbers
example: diez y seis = dieciseis, etc...

2. all other numbers, 30-90, have a 'y' connector between the tens and the
ones
example:
33 = thirty - three (English)..... treinta y tres (Spanish)
**** the 'y' in Spanish is like the '-' in Englsh
54 = fifty - four (Englsh)........ cincuenta y cuatro (Spanish)

3. single digit writing: each number says its name
example: 281 351 8122 = dos, ocho, uno, tres, cinco, uno, ocho, uno, dos, dos

4. double digit writing: the first number says its name and the other numbers
pair up to form larger 2 digit numbers; the area code of a phone number is
treated the same as the first 3 digits of a phone numbers
example: 281      = dos, ochenta y uno
         351      = tres, cincuenta y uno
         8122     = ochenta y uno, veintidos
