Homework


"Where Our Goods Came From" due on Fri., 3/23!

Second grade homework consists of reading and practicing math facts for a total of twenty minutes each evening.

  • Red homework folders with the homework logs are due each Tuesday.  A parent signature is required along with a total of minutes for reading and math practice.

    Word practice activities should be done twice a week and noted on the homework log.

    Students should read (15 minutes) and practice math facts (addition and subtraction - 5 minutes). Students should use the TenMarks website for math practice at least once a week if possible. 

   
   Occasionally, additional practice sheets will be given as well as projects to be completed at home. Some students may bring home work not completed in class or if they get behind.

Special projects will come home during the year as well. 

Friday folders should be signed and turned in the following Monday.
