Reminders for the Dannon End-of-Year Party tomorrow (Friday)

  • Your child will be outside for 2 1/2 hours. Please apply sunscreen on your children before they leave for school.
  • Lunch from the cafeteria will be available to purchase, however it is strongly encouraged that your child bring lunch.
  • There will be water activities. Have your child wear a swimsuit under their clothes. Please send a towel and change of clothes so they can change after their party time.
  • Please send your child in some type of water shoe so their shoes are not wet for the rest of the day.
  • The school will attend the party in two time slots: Schedule: K – 2nd 8:45am – 11:15am, with lunch at 11:30am
  • Your child does not need to bring a water bottle (of course they can if they wish). There will be jugs of ice water and cups provided.
  • There will be some pre-packaged snacks available (along with Dannon Danimals of course). We are aware some children have peanut allergies. We have asked Dannon not to purchase any items with peanuts. (In fact the rep making the purchases has peanut allergies herself, so we know she will make good selections.)

5/25(Friday)

Turkey Corn Dog or Veg. Hot Dog ( vegetarian only )

Apples, Carrots, Cheese sticks, GoldFish and Milk

Ketchups and Mustard

      Our class has had such a wonderful, hard-working year that we have decided to have some fun by having a Game Day! This will be on Thursday, May 24th. Your child may bring any type of board game or card game that fits into

his or her backpack. Please make sure all small pieces are in a baggie with your child’s name. No electronic games.
     On Wednesday, please send a large bag to school with your child.  The best ones are those reusable shopping bags with handles.  We will be cleaning out our desks and bringing home most of our school supplies.  Thanks.
     A big thank you to Izzy and her family for donating some glue sticks to the class.
     That's about all the news for now.  I'll send any updates I get next week.  Have a wonderful weekend and I will treasure this last week with your precious children!!
