I have a B.A. in political science from Dickinson College in Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from Antioch School of Law. After practicing law for
several years, I decided to make a career change to teaching. Before coming
to Spicewood, I taught fifth grade for seven years at Walnut Creek
Elementary in Austin ISD. I've been married to Garth Corbett for 29 years.
We have two sons, Andy (24 years old) and Carl (20 years old). This is my
fifth year at Spicewood, and I am very happy to be back this year!
