works closely with the president
assumes the president's duties if necessary
assists the president with meetings
records service hours from the tutoring sessions
assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the president and advisors

Secretary
notifies members of upcoming meetings
takes minutes of the meetings
provides information for school newsletters
participates in the planning and implementation of the Induction Ceremony
Treasurer
collects and counts all funds
keep record of funds
gives financial report at meetings
participates in the planning and implementation of the Induction Ceremony
Historian
develops a pictorial record of the year's highlights
collects written reports and handouts to display in NJHS notebook
participates in the planning and implementation of the Induction Ceremony
