I encourage all parents, but especially speech students' parents, to go
through the procedure to be an approved driver for school trips. Your driving
record must be checked. The procedure is to get a form from the school office
and submit TDL information. When the form is approved, you are allowed to
drive children other than your own to school events such as field trips or
speech tournaments. You also must be Virtus trained to be a driver for school
events.
