How do I complete the Final Report?
FINISHING STEPS FOR 6th HOLY PERSON REPORT
1. Use the template provided to arrange your project on paper - you may do this on the
computer or do it by hand in print
2. Research your Holy Person for the information needed - you will need to site at least
-3 sources. *** Remember – the report is to be in your own words. Do not copy! Do not
plagiarize or you will receive a ‘0’!
3. Print (or handwrite) a rough draft – you will need this for your binder
*font – use a reasonable print font, no script – make titles larger than the information. On the
template I’ve used Geneva (18 for Saint Name; 16 for titles; use no smaller than 12 for the
information.. 10, if you must)
4. Proof your work for all necessary changes: spelling, grammar, obvious punctuation, etc. Make
all corrections on the rough draft with a red or green pen
5. Make the necessary changes on your computer or by hand
6. Print the corrected version on white or color paper (8.5 x 11)
7. Label your name and homeroom on the right bottom corner
9. Turn in these 4 items:
1. finished report
2. rough draft with correction marks from Mrs. Petru
3. all notes with your name on them
4. a list of your sources – web addresses, book bibliographies, etc. on a clean sheet of notebook
with a proper heading
10. You will be graded on the following:
- accuracy of the information
- grammar, spelling
- following directions
- neatness
- completing on time
