8th Grade on the countdown….
May 19- Final Bell –8:15a Students will make their final walk through the halls! Awards Ceremony – 8:30a Parents invited to hear the final awards! May Day (swim party) -11:30a -2p Students will change and we will leave SFDS by 11:00 to get to Braeburn Country Club. Parents are encouraged to pick up their child from Braeburn at 2p or they will be taken back to SFDS to pick up in carline!

Please let me know if your license is on file with the office to drive students to the pool party or if you intend to chaperone!
May 20- Graduation at 7p
Students need to be at the church by 5:50pm- Class pictures will be taken on the altar in church at 6:00p promptly!
If you are not going to use all of your invitations, please return them to the teachers so other families that might need more than 5 can use them!
There will be a reception following graduation in the Family Life Center hosted by 7th grade parents from approx 8:30p to 9:30p.

May 21 – Graduation Dance “City Lights” (theme changed due to budget)
SET UP Committee: approx 11a start time in the Family Life Center- Parker, Ruiz, Misuela, Fos, Blado, Fung, Uwaezuoke, Thai, Chavarrieta, King, Izu
Dance begins at 7p- Ends at 11p
Parents- please be there by 10:45p to have the last dance with their child!!
Each student will be given a $5 gift card to IHOP – we will all carpool over to the one on 59 feeder road near Gessner –Parents and siblings are invited to stay and eat too! Parents need to pick up their child by 12:30a from IHOP!
