Hello wonderful PreK3 parents. In my last post, I mentioned the "End of Year School Party." Below are details on the Party.

When: Friday, May 27 from 9:15 AM - 11:30 AM
Where: PreK Classrooms

We will be doing a joint party with the other two PreK classes. A clown will entertain the children from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM that morning. Then the kids will go outside for a brief playtime while we set up lunch. We will be serving pizza but we are asking for other items as well. There is a sign up sheet posted outside of the PreK3 class room of items we would like donated for the party. Anything you can provide would be appreciated.

We are also looking for volunteers to help that day. Remember, to volunteer at a school event you must be VIRTUS Trained.

For those who will be part of the 2011 - 2012 school year, remember that school supply packets are being sold on-line. It will only be available until June 24th. The packets will be delivered directly to your child's classroom before the Meet the Teacher night. The website is www.epipacks.com and the school code is STF003.
