Dear wonderful Kindergarten Parents,
 
Once again we need your assistance with our annual Teacher Appreciation Lunch. It is a tradition that First grade and Kindergarten host Teacher's Luncheon (Teacher Appreciation Lunch) for the month of April. This year's date will be Wednesday April 27, 2011, and the theme for the Teacher's Luncheon is "Spring Time".
 
First Grade will be doing "americana" for main and side dishes.
Kindergarten is responsible for appetizers, chips, dips, desserts and drinks.  Please keep in mind that all items will be served at room temperature and we have about 60-70 faculties and staff at our school. All entrees will need to be delivered to the teachers lounge or to be dropped off at your Kid's home room upon arrival at school the morning of the Teachers Luncheon date Wednesday, April 27, 2011.  Please label any bowls or dishes  that you would like returned to you.
 
Please let me (Julie) know which wonderful dishes/items you would like to provide for our spectacular teachers and staffs by the end of this week. And also let me know if you are able to help with set up time (8am-10am) or clean up (after 2pm.) Thanks!

There are 19 days that we need to cover (Tues 3rd, Wed 4th, Thurs. 5th, Fri. 6th, Mon. 9th, Tues. 10th, Wed.11th, Thurs. 12th, Fri 13th, Mon. 16th, Tues. 17th, Wed 18th, Thurs 19th, Fri 20th, Mon. 23rd, Tues. 24th, Wed. 25th, Thurs. 26th, Fri. 27th.) Our car line duty begins at 7:30 am and ends at 7:55am. Parent volunteers are there to assist the safety patrol students in helping cars move quickly through the line and getting children out of cars and also to make sure the kids are safe. Below are the days that we need to cover. Please help us to sign up for one or two days that you may be able to volunteer.
